Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via a web form, application, or other medium, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from GG Bear Care Inc. ("GG Bear Care," "we," "us"). This may include one-to-one conversational messages exchanged with our recruiting, dispatch, and operations staff, as well as the automated or manual message types described below.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Depending on your relationship with GG Bear Care, text messages may include:
- Application and recruiting updates (e.g., confirming receipt of an application, next steps).
- Interview and appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations.
- Onboarding notifications (e.g., document requests, orientation details).
- Scheduling, dispatch, and standby notifications for active drivers and contractors.
- Account or status notifications related to your application, onboarding, or contractor relationship.
- Two-way conversational messages with GG Bear Care recruiting, dispatch, or operations staff.
We do not send SMS marketing messages to the general public. Message content is limited to the operational and recruiting/onboarding purposes described above.
Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out
Messaging frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
